3. Return Process

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if item is damaged or defective)

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ELORA is not responsible for lost return shipments.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:
